Health cooking with children
Children learn in so many ways when having the opportunity to help out in the kitchen – maths, science, following instructions and more. It is also a great way to spend quality time with your children . Here is a nice healthy recipe that can be done with your children. You can even use soft fruit and get them to help you cut it up with a butter knife to become more involved.
Fruit yoghurt pops
Cut fruit into cubes i.e strawberries and cantaloupe are great to use. Place baking paper on tray. Place a cake pop sticl/lollypop stick into each piece of fruit, dip in yoghurt, place in freezer fro 30 mins to 1 hour and Enjoy
